📝شرایط :
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic young researcher to study the mechanisms of how the genomes 3D organization in the nucleus influences gene expression in development and human disease. The experimental approach will combine high-throughput data, such as from RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, DamID-seq and Chromosome Conformation Capture technologies, with the generation of transgenic mice using CRISPR/Cas9 approaches. A strong focus is also available for the analysis of novel pathogenic mutations from human patients. A successful candidate has an experimental background in molecular biology and/or functional genomics, and holds a Master’s degree or a similar qualification in Biology, Biochemistry or related fields. Previous experience with mammalian stem cells and knowledge of computational biology is an advantage.
Qualified and interested candidates should submit their application including (i) a cover letter (describing your motivation and how your background would best fit this position), (ii) a CV, (iii) contact information of 2-3 mentors who agreed to provide a short letter of recommendation. Please send all documents as a single pdf-file via e-mail
